MPUF-1 Standard Universal Mount. Fits most ASV, Bobcat,
Case, Cat, Daewoo, Gehl, JCB, John Deere, Mustang, New Holland,
Takeuchi, Thomas, and Volvo skidloaders.
MPUF-1HD MPUF-1 with reinforcements on top bar and
latch pin holes is used for severe applications that need a lot
of breakout force (Ex: Heavy digging out, prying concrete, rocks,
roots or prying tree stumps out of the ground).
MPUF-2 MPUF-1 with 1/4” backing plate used
when you need more surface area to weld on (Ex: Needing a mount
to weld onto something narrow like an auger drive unit).
MPUF-2HD MPUF-1HD with 1/4” backing plate, used
when more surface area is needed to weld your attachment (Ex: A
hydraulic breaker).
MPUF-3 Three hole mounting plate, needed for people
who own Case 1835, 1838, 1840, with Quick-Tach mounts used for general
skidloader applications. It will also fit 1845, XT Case and universal
machines.
MPUF-4 MPUF-3 mounting plate with 1/4” backing
plate that offers you more surface area to weld your attachments
to (Ex: A truck snowplow frame).
MPUA Adjustable universal mounting plate that fits
the same machines as the MPUF-1 with the same hole spacing. Why
then? This mount is for the skidloader operator that understands
that a bucket installed on a machine with the right mount height
works better & is easier to use as tires wear. Ideally mount
height should change. (Ex: If your machine has tracks that raise
the machine; you can raise the mount. If you take the tracks off;
you can lower the mount). Always keep mount on bucket at correct
height thus allowing for 3” of vertical adjustment.
MPUF-5 Mount for universal machines with 60º
back angle has holes to match a MPUF-1. The difference is that it
changes the roll back of your attachment without losing capacity
(Ex: Take a normal 70º back bucket and install a MPUF-5, you
now have a 60º manure/slurry or grain/fertilizer bucket). Also
fits Case 1845 & XT. Remmember... What you gain in rollback
you lose in dump angle!
MPQT-U Machine/boom side of skidloader/tractor converts
old skidloader/tractor over to new Universal Skidloader Quick-Tach.
Berlon has designed our universal
Quick-Tach so it reaches into the mounting plate further than other
designs (Picture 2). The Berlon bottom latch pins, which are spring
loaded, are designed with a taper (Picture 1) towards the machine.
Therefore, when looking at the whole picture, it shows that as the
mounting plate and the Quick- Tach wear, the unit will continue
to stay tight.
Example: An old 1845B
Case
changed over to universal.
